What payments do you accept?

IndyWrestling US uses PayPal for purchases. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase merchandise. There is an option to pay directly using a credit card.

I’m having problems with my digital download purchase.

Please remember that you are responsible for backing up your file purchase after download. Please practice safe backup measures. If you do not currently, please read this absurdly simple guide to backing up your PC.

Here are some of the problems we have encountered, and how to circumvent them.

  • If the link opens the video in your internet browser, click File > Save As or File > Save Page As. Select the folder you want to save the file in, and click to save it.

  • If you are using Google Chrome some users have had problems with downloads. Please open the link in another browser.

  • We limit the number of downloads for each link to protect against piracy. If you have any problems with an expired link, please contact us by email. You can also use the contact form on this page.

  • Still having problems? Please use the contact form on this page. In the message, please describe the issue you are having so we can better address it.

When will my DVD / Blu-Ray arrive?

If you ordered a recent show - or a show that is out of stock, please allow 45-60 days for processing as we utilize an outside company for DVD / Blu-Ray production and it takes time to get them in. If you ordered a copy at a live event, it will take 45-60 days, plus general mailing time for it to get to you. If we have any additional delays for unforeseen reasons, we will notify you by email at the address you provided.

Will the DVD work with my system?

DVDs are region-free. Your player must be able to play NSTC (US) not just PAL or SECAM content. DVDs are prepared using DVD-R technology. If you experience skipping, freezing, or other disc errors, the material is covered under a 30-day warranty during which time we will make arrangements to replace the DVD.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently support international shipping for DVD or Blu-Ray products. We encourage international users to utilize our digital distribution channels.
